For the third annual Summer Streets extravaganza, seven miles of Manhattan streets will be free of cars and full of fun during three Saturdays in August.   Join Time’s Up! August 7 & 21 at Astor Place to celebrate with many great events including bicycle decorating, bicycle repair, hula-hooping, music and lots of dancing!
