Within the last month city council people and city representatives have been coming out of the woodwork to support the cycling community and our First Amendment rights to assemble and ride our bikes together for safety. For over two years, Time’s Up! has been in legal battles with some elements of the city and our hard work is beginning to pay off, the truth is coming out and we are starting to get more support in our vision of a more sustainable less toxic city.

Time’s Up! has been collaborating with the legal community and the New York City Bicycle Coalition. We are happy to announce that in spite of the city’s divisive tactics, cycling is on the rise and the community’s morale is stronger than ever. We continue to work together for positive change. Of course, we still need your support and understanding through this difficult period.
