How to Drive Safely in NYC: Clowns School the Cars

Join the Time’s Up! clowns in schooling New York City drivers in the proper use of bike lanes. We’ll be dancing, lecturing and handing out dunce caps and gold stars, turning the streets into a roving classroom. Lesson #1: Bike lanes are for bikes!
