25 Ways to Spend New Year’s Eve New York Metro
December 15th, 2004
Here’s to a night of posh parties, cheap cheer, and running starts in no particular order.
(3.) Think you’re gonna hail a taxi tonight? Yeah, right. So why not join hundreds of avid cyclists and inline skaters in the 7th Annual New Year’s Eve Party Ride?
The ride starts at Union Square North at 7p.m. for the monthly “critical mass,” followed by a party at the Time’s Up Space on 49 East Houston Street from 8:30 to 10:20p.m. Afterwards, meet at the Washington Square Park arch at 10:30p.m. for the big celebratory ride to Central Park’s Belvedere Castle and more music and dancing.
