Time’s Up! held their annual Polar Bear Dance Ride this Saturday, April 30th to draw attention to the plight of the polar bears.

These polar bears migrated from the melting glaciers of the Arctic to tell New Yorkers about the effects of global warming on their habitat.

Time’s Up! hooked them up with bikes for their tour of the City.  It wasn’t long before the bears yearned for home.

On Saturday they united at Time’s Square on a quest for ice which led them to the City’s ice cream vendors and fountains of 6th Avenue and Columbus Circle.

They ended up at the Central Park Zoo responding to the call of their furry friends and dancing to the tunes of Ice Ice Baby, Hot in Here, & Disco Inferno.

It’s predicted that by 2050, the Alaskan polar bears will be extinct.
