November PEACE RIDE
Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 2 PM
Meet at National Museum of the American Indian, One Bowling Green.

We are so sad to report that Tom Otterness will not being meeting our ride this Sunday. A friend of his passed away and he will be attending
the memorial. We look forward to having Tom as a special guest, some time next year. The ride is still on, and we will visit The Real World –
JOIN US!!!

Join us for a leisurely, peaceful ride to some of downtown Manhattan’s peace sites, including: The Labyrinth for Contemplation, Robert Wagner Park, Art from the Berlin Wall, The Irish Hunger Memorial, Teardrop Park, St. Paul’s Chapel,
the site of the Mother AME Zion Church (“first church in NYC built and led by Afro-Americans”), the African Burial Ground, Point Thank You, the former residence of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, and the Gandhi Statue in Union Square.

Great ride for kids and cyclists new to group rides. Route subject to change, not all sites are visited on every ride. DRESS FOR THE WEATHER! Heavy rain cancels. Invite your friends on Facebook!
