Charles Komanoff painted a stencil on the street at Houston St. and Sixth Ave. Monday evening where Hope Miller, 28, an aspiring actor from Queens, was killed Sept. 26. Miller was heading to an acting class when she was fatally struck by a truck fleeing a traffic accident. A sign by Visual Resistance was also posted at the memorial, which was organized by Time’s Up! Councilmember Alan Gerson also attended.
