We’ll be drinking some herbal teas, identify the herbs, and talking about what they were traditionally used for, what science there is behind them, and how to prepare them (whether that be a tea, a tincture, a concoction, or a capsule)! All led by Naturopath and herbalist, Noreen Kelly.
