This series of short films and documentaries will present positive solutions to the current environmental crisis and will leave you inspired to take initiative and save the planet.
On Sunday, August 21st we will be screening ‘Hemp Night: Bringing it Home.’ We will be joined by speakers who will discuss hemp and its benefits, followed by the film, which tells the story of hemp. Its past, present and future and its role as a global industry.
The film festival takes place from August 18th-21st at various east village garden locations. The films start at 8:30pm. A suggested donation of $7 a film, or $20 for the whole festival is always appreciated. You can also make a donation online.
